Crying During an Examination - by Astrid

Crying During an Examination
It was the entrance examination of NFLS. Mr. Huang was sent to invigilate the students. He walked into the classroom and turned on the PPT. The students came in and the exam started.
The students were busy looking at the PPT and writing things on the paper. The test went on for about 30 minutes. Mr. Huang stood up and started walking in the classroom. He went past the students but suddenly heard a sobbing voice. He turned around and saw a boy curling up at the corner with his hands on his face. He walked to the boy and told the boy not to cry. The boy wiped his eyes with his sleeves and picked up his pen with a shaking hand. Mr. Huang went back to his seat and checked on his phone. However, the boy started murmuring and crying after a few minutes. The boy’s face was as pale as paper except for his bright red cheeks. His put his hands on his head and stretched his hair tightly. He frowned and showed a miserable look. Tears swirled in his eyes and dropped to his test papers. He keeps murmuring: “This is too hard! I won’t be able to go to this school!” Mr. Huang walked to the boy and bent down to talk to him. He told the boy not to cry or he will let him out. The boy shook his head and looked up to the teacher with tearful eyes. “Teacher, I can’t answer it! I can’t get into this school!” Mr. Huang frowned and explained that he is disturbing other students. The boy turned around slowly to look around the classroom and hid his faces behind his shoulder leaving his eyes to be seen. Some students looked at him so he turned away quickly. He blew his nose with a piece of paper and kept crying in a low voice. “Come on, don’t cry. You are disturbing others. Plus, you should take your times and solve the problems that you know how to do. Now, stop crying. Right now!” Mr. Huang said in a strict voice. The boy was frightened, more tears came out from his eyes. He cried, with his mouth wide open. Tears flowed from his eyes across his cheeks and dropped on the desk. He made a loud noise and the other students sighed anxiously. Mr. Huang pulled him up from his chair and said quietly: “Get, out!” He tried to drag him out of the classroom and slammed the door. The boy tried to open the door but it was locked. He stood back to the window and howled with all his strength. He fell to his feet and sat on the ground, crying. He bent his knees and held them with his arms. He placed face into his knees and cried quietly.
The test is over, students came out with relaxing faces, leaving him on the corridor alone.
